Product claims are based on the nature of the product, its ingredients and/or relevant testing, where applicable. Details of specific claims and testing are provided on the respective product pages or packaging. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, environmental factors and product usage. 

All 7Daze products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or an adverse reaction occurs and consult a dermatologist.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour or packaging may occur due to display settings or manufacturing updates. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect, provided they do not materially affect the product’s quality, safety, or intended use. 

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every order in accordance with applicable law.
• Prices are subject to change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
• Payments must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout and are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers using appropriate security measures.

Placing an order with 7daze constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when an order confirmation is issued to you through the contact details or communication channel provided at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing.
• A pricing or product description error has been identified.
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, or placed using invalid credentials.
• We are unable to deliver to the specified address.

In all such cases, where payment has already been received, a full refund will be initiated through the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

SM Aureaa LLP shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or non-performance of obligations under these Terms arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government orders or restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, significant disruptions to third-party logistics or payment services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or disruptions to internet or telecommunications services.

We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as quickly as possible and will communicate significant delays to affected customers through available contact details or appropriate communication channels.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other statutory rights, the courts at Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after the updated Terms take effect will be subject to the revised Terms, except where your specific consent or acceptance is required by applicable law.
